All-Inside Arthroscopic Syndesmosis Repair

Kevin Martin, DO (Columbus, OH), reviews his technique for the stabilization of the syndesmosis in his most demanding patients. Using the Syndesmosis TightRope® repair, InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation, and NanoScope™ arthroscopy, he is able to confidently and anatomically repair the syndesmosis via a minimally invasive technique.

The InternalBrace surgical technique is intended only to augment the primary repair/reconstruction by expanding the area of tissue approximation during the healing period and is not intended as a replacement for the native ligament. The InternalBrace technique is for use during soft tissue-to-bone fixation procedures and is not cleared for bone-to-bone fixation.
