Staged ACL Grafting with DBM Gel, DBM Fibers and Angel ® BMC

Patrick A. Smith, MD, (Columbia, MO) demonstrates how to perform ACL graft repair, utilizing the DBM putty and demineralized cortical fibers combined with bone marrow concentrate (BMC). Dr. Smith also describes the technique of recovering bone marrow aspirate from the distal femur. The Arthrex^® Angel System™ is used to concentrate the bone marrow aspirate which is utilized to hydrate the bone graft.
