Técnica de placa para clavícula

A opção entre placa lateral ou eixo intermediário é determinada pelo local da fratura. A fratura é comprimida enquanto a placa é posicionada na clavícula e temporariamente fixada com o uso de BB-Tak. Depois, a placa é fixada usando parafusos bloqueantes e não bloqueantes. Parafusos bloqueantes divergentes também podem ser utilizados lateralmente. A placa lateral também pode acomodar o uso de reconstrução AC com Dog Bone com o botão especial.
