PCL BTB Graft Harvest and Preparation
Arthrex® offers a wide range of products to aid the surgeon with bone-tendon-bone graft harvesting and preparation. The Parallel Graft Knife is designed for harvesting the patellar or quadriceps tendon for use during PCL reconstruction. The parallel blades create a precise cut in a single pass. Graft harvesting cutting guides and saw blades are used to harvest an ideal trapezoidal-shaped bone plug with predrilled suture holes from both the patella and the tibia; the cutting guides provide consistent, reproducible results during tendon harvest. Arthrex also provides additional instrumentation to aid in BTB graft preparation including a Graft Harvesting Osteotome, Retractor and ACL Graft Shaper.
