Outside/In Meniscal Repair
Insert two of the straight or slight curve Micro SutureLasso™ from outside the knee, parallel to the tibia, through the meniscus 5 mm apart. Thread the suture passing wire through one lasso into the joint. Thread a 2-0 FiberStick™ through the remaining lasso. Pass the end of the 2-0 FiberStick in the joint through the wire loop of the suture passing wire. Pull the suture passing wire containing the FiberStick through the lasso. Make a small incision on the outside of the knee and tie the sutures over the capsule.
