Hallux Varus InternalBrace™ Ligament Augmentation Repair

Arthrex has developed a technique which allows for a knotless, low-profile fixation option for patients presenting with hallux varus utilizing FiberTape^® suture and the Tenodesis Screw™ system for interference fixation. In situations with soft bone at the proximal phalanx, a cortical button has been included to increase the strength of the construct. Utilizing a #1 FiberWire^® suture laterally, the capsule can be sutured into the FiberTape suture and tied off to create a direct biologic repair.
