Cotton Osteotomy
Arthrex offers surgeons an array of fixation options for the Cotton osteotomy. Surgeons can choose the titanium porous BioSync® wedges, for a zero-profile, stable construct designed to exactly match the anatomy of the cuneiform or, alternatively, an ultra-thin Cotton wedge plate. Both products are available in several sizes to fit the desired correction.
