Set de instrumentos para fijación cortical del LCA/LCP

El estuche para fijación cortical de LCA/LCP incorpora una variedad de opciones de fijación. El set incluye opciones de tornillos corticales de 4,5 mm de bajo perfil, tornillos corticales de 6,5 mm y tornillos para hueso esponjoso de 6,5 mm. También incluye arandelas con púas de bajo perfil y grapas para ligamentos.Los tornillos tienen cabezas bajo perfil para reducir la irritación del tejido blando. Una broca escalonada con marcas láser avellana la cabeza del tornillo al hueso cuando se utiliza como un poste de fijación de sutura. El vástago liso con corredera de sutura orienta las suturas de manera segura bajo la cabeza durante la inserción del tornillo. La arandela con púas de bajo perfil opcional puede usarse junto con el tornillo para hueso esponjoso para la fijación del tejido blando de los tendones directamente al hueso.El set de instrumentos incluye una broca de 2,5 mm para poste bicortical para perforar el hueso cortical mientras que el dispositivo de profundidad se utiliza para obtener información precisa del tamaño.Las grapas para ligamento con un puente de bajo perfil, reducen la frecuencia de remoción secundaria por incomodidad del paciente causada por la irritación del tejido blando. La grapa de fijación con púas de cromo de cobalto tiene puntas filosas para una fácil penetración en el hueso cortical sin perforación previa. El destornillador de grapas con impactor/extractor ajustable permite una impactación completa ya que la punta del destornillador de grapas se purga con el puente de la grapa. Se puede usar el punzón de fijación de grapas para una mayor inserción. Todas las grapas tienen un largo de 20 mm.
