Knotless AC TightRope® System

This animation provides an overview of the features and surgical techniques of the Knotless AC TightRope® implants for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint separations. For arthroscopic procedures, the dual construct features a #6 TightRope suture preassembled into a clavicle insert and an attachable Dog Bone™ button. For open procedures, the implant features the same suture and clavicle insert technology, with a large pec button preloaded onto an inserter, allowing surgeons to perform an open or mini-open “push-through” technique.
