Técnica de tornillos de interferencia

La técnica de tornillos de interferencia reconstruye el LCC usando un injerto enlazado anclado en túneles óseos únicos en el húmero y el cúbito. El injerto luego se asegura con tornillos de interferencia Arthrex en ambos lados. FiberWire también se puede usar para suturar el injerto a sí mismo para lograr mayor tensión y/o para la reparación del ligamento original a fin de obtener mayor estabilización.
